I am excited to officially announce, Australian Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Most Valuable Professionals (MVPs) and Australian Microsoft Dynamics 365 User Groups are bringing CRM Saturday Conference to Australia.

What is CRM Saturday?

CRM Saturday is a Free Non Profit Event organised by Microsoft MVPs and CRM Experts, held in multiple cities around the globe.

The event provides a whole day of both technical and strategic sessions led by experts in the field addressing ways to overcome challenges to successfully deliver CRM projects from end to end.

Why are we doing this?

As Microsoft Dynamics 365 Professionals we work on delivering many Dynamics 365 based implementations.  While there are many successful projects, others fail to get the most out of the platform and the investment put in to it.  As experts in the field, we understand what goes wrong and we have found that there are many common reasons.

• Lack of strategy and goals
• Poor user adoption
• Lack of executive sponsorship
• Poor data quality
• Poor collaboration between Business and IT teams
• Failing to take advantage of rapid advancements in technology

As community leaders, we have decided to do our part in helping the customers and the community to be better at delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and get the best return of investment by hosting free for all community events.

Event Locations

Since 2016, CRM Saturday Conference was held at Manchester, Barcelona, Istanbul, London, Dublin, and Zürich.

Madrid, Melbourne, Sydney, Olso, and more are planned for 2017.
