Microsoft-MVP-Nadeeja-Bomiriya

Today, I am honoured to receive the 2017 Microsoft Most Valuable Professional Award (MVP) for Business Solutions. An amazing global recognition I am so proud to have received.

Who are MVPs?

According to Microsoft…

Microsoft Most Valuable Professionals, or MVPs, are technology experts who passionately share their knowledge with the community. They are always on the “bleeding edge” and have an unstoppable urge to get their hands on new, exciting technologies. They have very deep knowledge of Microsoft products and services, while also being able to bring together diverse platforms, products and solutions, to solve real world problems. MVPs make up a global community of over 4,000 technical experts and community leaders across 90 countries and are driven by their passion, community spirit, and quest for knowledge. Above all and in addition to their amazing technical abilities, MVPs are always willing to help others – that’s what sets them apart.

I would like to take this opportunity thank everyone who supported me (managers and colleagues) through out my career.  Thank you to the fantastic and highly active Dynamics Community.  Current and past committee members of Melbourne Dynamics 365 User Group who work hard to create a great stage to share knowledge.  Thank you to my family and friends who supported and encouraged me.

Last but not least, I would like to thank my amazing wife Suwani Kananke, who happens to be working on a Dynamics 365 project.  Without her support and encouragement in the last 19 years, this would not be possible.

MVP award is a great opportunity to learn more and share more.
